{"id":1856,"date":"2024-07-20T20:02:50","date_gmt":"2024-07-21T01:02:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ferrinonoticias.mx\/?p=1856"},"modified":"2024-07-20T20:02:51","modified_gmt":"2024-07-21T01:02:51","slug":"piden-investiguen-caso-de-bigamia-en-nuevo-leon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ferrinonoticias.mx\/?p=1856","title":{"rendered":"Piden investiguen caso de bigamia en Nuevo Le\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de que se diera a conocer que <strong>Gerardo Ruiz Delgado<\/strong>, esposo de la ex-candidata a la alcald\u00eda de Monterrey, <strong>Alejandra Morales<\/strong>, mantiene otro matrimonio vigente con <strong>Adelaida Sanchez Garza<\/strong>, colectivos de mujeres pidieron se investigue si hubo corrupci\u00f3n en el Registro Civil para lograr ambos matrimonios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el acta de matrimonio 31903900142002001130, Ruiz Delgado contin\u00faa casado desde el 15 de Junio de 2002 con Sanchez Garza, sin embargo desde hace 10 a\u00f1os contrajo tambi\u00e9n matrimonio con Alejandra Morales, <strong>ambas actas conyugales siguen vigentes <\/strong>ante la autoridad civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el C\u00f3digo Penal de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, \u00abCOMETE EL DELITO DE BIGAMIA EL QUE ESTANDO EN MATRIMONIO NO DISUELTO NI DECLARADO NULO POR SENTENCIA EJECUTORIADA, CONTRAIGA OTRO CON LAS FORMALIDADES LEGALES.
